Expectant Mothers & Newborns Sleep Package

0 - 12 Weeks

These options are for expecting families or families who have a newborn baby (0 to 12 weeks old). I will provide you with information on newborn sleep to start your baby on the way to healthy sleeping habits.

This includes a comprehensive questionnaire to assess current sleep habits. In filling out the questionnaire prior to consultation we can maximize our time together.

In a 45-60 minute phone call or virtual meeting, we will discuss ways to create a healthy sleep foundation for your newborns This includes recognizing when your baby is tired, keeping them awake during feeds and creating a safe sleep environment. 

This sleep plan will include a technique to create a schedule for your baby during those first 12 weeks. We will discuss sleep goals and strategies to tackle possible sleep problems.

We will schedule 3 follow up phone calls during those first 12 weeks to discuss how your baby is sleeping.

Emails can be sent at any time and will be responded to within 24 hours. 

This package includes resources to help you through common scenarios after our time together. It includes information on teething, sleeping while traveling, daylight savings, nap transitions, etc.

Baby Sleep Package

4 - 18 Months

This option is designed to meet the sleep needs of your baby while teaching them healthy sleeping habits. I will address your baby’s sleep issue and develop a detailed plan on how to fix them.

In 45-60 minute phone call or virtual meeting, we will discuss plan details deciding which technique is best for your child and family.

This sleep plan will include a technique to create a sleep plan for your baby. We will discuss sleep goals and strategies to tackle possible sleep problems that might arise.

We will schedule 4 follow up phone calls during those 2 weeks to discuss how your baby is sleeping. The first one will be the morning after you initiate the sleep plan to see if any modifications need to take place.

Emails can be sent at any time over the 2 weeks of working together and will be responded to within 24 hours. 

This package includes resources to help you through common scenarios after our time together. It includes information on teething, sleeping while traveling, daylight savings, nap transitions, etc.

Toddler Sleep Package

19+ Months

This option is designed to meet the sleep needs of your toddler while teaching them healthy sleeping habits. We will work together to fix your toddlers sleep problems.

Add-Ons

These add-on services supplement the sleep package to give you more support to be successful in your sleep journey.

Trying to figure out a schedule or routine for a child who is breastfeeding can be a little confusing. By having lactation support, I can help you every step of the way whether you are navigating how often to breastfeed, how to wean or even how to increase your supply.Sometimes families utilize bottle feeding for their routine and I am happy to assist including tips and tricks for those babies who have a harder time taking a bottle. Along with my personal breastfeeding journey, my experience with new mothers of a child in the pediatric intensive care unit has given me extremely useful tools for success.

I will be available from 6pm-11pm central time to assist and help with any questions that pop up on the first night of implementing the sleep plan.

Two Weeks Additional Support includes 1 phone call and unlimited emails.

Once finished with the sleep plan, there may be instances where questions pop up. By choosing this additional support, I am here to schedule an additional follow up phone call as well as an unlimited email support that will be responded to within 24 hours.

Support for twins and multiples (after 1 sleep package has been purchased)

If you have twins, I’m to assist you with both of them in order to achieve a consistent schedule.
